Which springs for 75series ute?
Hey guys, needing new springs in cruiser, probly get ironman 50mm lift for it, after some advice on what load rating, it has a heavy steel tray on it with tool boxes built in under the sides and will be used for camping and dirtbikes. not sure to get the performance springs and throw some airbags under the rear to help or get constant load springs? any advice will be muchly appreciated, cheers Mick

Re: Which springs for 75series ute?
All depends on how much cash you're willing to splurge? EFS come in pretty cheap and people seem to like them, while something like Dobinsons are a bit more expensive but are good quality. Ironman had a pretty bad rep years ago but a mate put their springs under his HJ 47 and they seem pretty decent now. Oh and extended shackles suck.
Re: Which springs for 75series ute?
mate if you want ironman. Go to your local repco and order them through them under their repco brand. there actually ironman springs but sold with a repco label on them and usually works out cheaper. though they will only go to a 2 inch lift.

Hey mate I have an 2inch efs lift on my cruser springs are fairly light
(enough for a light load on the tray 250kg I think ) but I would sugest
airbag asist due to comfort my old stock springs were heavy duty
and I hated it the new ones are great but with loads it just sits down on it's arse
but depends on your idears on comfort and useage
