80s vs 100s housing

Post by chunderlicious »

are the HOUSINGS the same? not the swivels or hubs blah blah blah, are the housings the same width, coil mount width, radius arm mount width, and swivel bearing position?

its close to impossible to find a 100s front diff complete so i am wondering if i could use an 80s housing with my 79 series hubs, swivels etc. and use longs for the axles.
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown
