I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this....
I have an '05 mk triton 4x4 clubcab and just bought some nice dba cross-drilled rotors to replace the original front rotors. My dilema is that the current rotors are 274mm (outside diametre) and the dba rotors are 314mm. I have the 16in stock wheels and can't find any other rotor option other than the 314mm for the mk 4x4...!!??
Whats more annoying is that mitsubishi can't give me any specs on their rotors because they only refer to a part no. on their system.
It seems the 4x2 mk tritons have the 274mm rotors and the 4x4 mk tritons have the 314mm rotors.. so why do I have a 4x4 with 4x2 rotors?? Has anyone else touched on this subject? Or replaced rotors/know the specs on 4x4 mk?
Any feedback would be appreciated..
Cheers, Nick.

Re: mk triton front rotor size?
had I seen this before Saturday I would have measured mine whilst the rims were off, if you can wait till this saturday I have to pull the calipers off again and I can get a measurement then

Re: mk triton front rotor size?
Yeah please, it would be good to know your rotor size & maybe width (outer/contact thickness) if you wouldn't mind. All the aftermarket mobs are adamant I have 4x2 brakes fitted..
Re: mk triton front rotor size?
Measuring the discs still on the car with a tape measure isn't the most accurate way but they are definitely bigger than 274mm diameter and 314mm sounds about right, I read around 310mm but as I said was a rough estimate as they were still on the car
