Who makes the strongest steering arms and drag links for 80 series cruiser

I am amazed that there does not seem to be any one on this forum that can tell me who makes the strongest tie rods or drag links for 80series land cruiser. Maybee I should buy a Nissan.

try a local engineering shop. I had some made from solid 32mm 4130. they cut it to length for me and drilled and tapped the ends for tierod ends to suit

the hard part will be finding a shop that have suitable taps for the left hand Toyota thread

ive got 3rds productions ones in my 80.. u will find most mobs are the same tho. if ya got a mate with an engineering shop then u could build some cheap.. our u could be ruff and weld a bit of pipe over ur std ones....

never had any problem with any of the Superior gear we run.

Or if you're a tight arse, just sleeve your current links with bigger tube, if they're not too bent already.

Lukeys 4x4 has taps and makes stronger draglinks etc, and does supply fj80 tie rod ends.

I have done the ruff way and altho they didn't bend where I done it actually bent the end and the ball joint ( hitting a roo at 100 didn't help )

i run a superior draglink on my 80 diff.
the heavy duty one.
ive broken tie rod ends but the actual chromo rod survives.
its got a tiny bend in it but its done 2 tuff truck challenges now and still works a treat.

i almost got a lukeys tie rod on the rear of the diff but was abit too cash strapped sadly. but it looked a goer.

Sounds like I might give the superior rods ago if they can handle tough truck it will last me a life time. Thanks
