There hasn't been any reviews yet in any of U.S. 4x4 magazines that I read or any feedback on any of U.S. 4x4 forums that I surf.

The TTC BIAS claw is ment to be coming out in smaller sizes also in the next 6-12 months. :D

their Rep brang 1 into our store to show us monday.
Micky"T" has really put some serious reserch into this tyre before its production.
It has additional V shaped grooves that run all the way around the centre & around the corner of the side-bite, these will allow the tyre to flex, bag & move alot better, this will gain you an advantage over ruff terrain & rock.
The tread block configeration has changed slightly as well, this will stop most of the old slide sideways that the old CLAW had.
The side bite is now angled, this will give them a better digging & lifting out effect & less chance of trying tear off a lug.
BEST OF ALL:- they now have the Micky"T" POWER CROSS PLY, this gives extra stregnth to the tyres, I have personally found that the power cross helps you power into & out of a corner with more control & less tyre roll on the rim, it also makes them stronger in side wall & tread areas making side wall steaks, slices & punchers less likley to happen.
I have raced for years on Claw rags, Claw radials, & MTZ muds, I loved the claws but dislikes some of its bad habits, these NEW CLAWS have stepped upto the next level & they will be better on & off road than any of the old Micky"T"s you have driven on. They are expecting them to be about $30 to $40 more per tyre than the existing Radial Claw.

Pretty much a 35x12.5R17 ;)

These look great but....will be interesting to see if everyone starts getting claws again after they stopped getting them when the MTZ came out.

We had 1 guy get MTZs and ripped the sidwall out of one and popped 3 off beads in one day trip, he doesn't rate them for hard work.

I would give these a go in a flash except I haven't finished ripping all the lugs off my current set :D

Do you mean deeper? :finger:

What I want to know is will these tires be coming out in the 20" flavour? Not enough choice for 20" wheels in this day and age.

35" tire on 15" wheel = 10" sidewall
37" tire on 17" wheel = 10" sidewall
40" tire on 20" wheel = 10" sidewall
42" tire on 20" wheel = 11" sidewall
44"tire on 20" wheel = 12" sidewall

Increased stability for the tire. even with a 35" tire on 15" wheel you can notice the tire has a high level of lateral deflection on high angle side slopes.
For my use I think 10" sidewall is plenty.

ah I was right about the jeep part. I just pictured a 33x11.5 R20 new style claw on a h°m° looking Classic 2 hi gloss alloy and thought only a jeeper would sport that!
I wont bother you any longer seeing as you are looking to run 40s it's all ok!

These seem to be available in australia now came across them on ebay aus and apparently the come in the smaller sizes. The sizes advertised on ebay were 285 and 315 but they seem pricey at moment
