Are the diff assy (housings and diff heads) from a 1985 leaf sprung Hilux the same as a 1986 model?

As DJ said, yes they are the same. As far as I know all solid axle luxs have the same diffs from and rear between models, but don't quote me on that.

There are some differences but complete housing and complete centre will interchange as Uhh Ohh said.

whats the center size of the housings? i'm looking to put another center in one form another car then use that housing in a sas swap
