Old cab new chassis

Post by HIGHROLLIN_LOWLIFE »

Just wondering if you can put a older cab on a new chassis and running gear? Is it even possible? Will it fit and and if so what combinations fit? and is it even legal? Any info or comments will be appreciated

i put an 89 75 series cab onto 92 80 series running gear.
its gunna be all engineered and registered once i finish building it.
had to make custom body mounts and stuff though.
depends if your talking same model to same model or something like i have done

There are a number of build threads with 45 body on 80 chassis in the members section.
