The panhard on the ute is misaligned with the draglink and has a fair amout of bump steer and has a shimmy up at about 70KM an hour.
Wanted to see if this would alieviate along with all the normal stuff.
I thought there was a bracket you could buy to drop the upper mount on the panhard slightly to get it back on an even line with the draglink???
I think it is about an inch maybe!?
The top panhard mount is higher than the steering arm at the upper section so I thought if I could drop the top mount it would come into a better line.
When looking in from the side of the vehicle is it important to have the steering arm and panhard parallel to each other sort of like // that????

I think the wobble may be due to a couple of factors so I have to get these sorted also but I thought that it was important to get these two in line with each other from the front...
I used to have this problem on my JT's, my rims were in pretty bad shape though, I put some alloys on my streeters and the shimmy went away totally, still get it though with the ugly tyres. Bump steer is still there but it is just a handling characteristic that I live with. CBF trying to improve this, recently drove to TSV and didn't bother me at all.
I got a bracket made up for my 4runner, this way it can be returned to stock easily by just removing the bracket. It took a couple of goes to get the design all right but it worked out a lot cheaper then buying an adjustable panhard rod.
okay, upon looking at me front end, i found that the diff end of the pan hard, it does indeed sit a little bit lower than the steering arm, so i would do like sugested and make a bracket to suit,
