Nope just remove old one make a couple of brackets and bolt it down.. Easy as
If u are putting it it you can get the battery tray out if the same surf and drill out the spot welds, the go see some one with a mig and get them to tack it down in place where the spot welds were.

that my plan to put a second battery in i have the airbox just look at doing it soon
i rang a wrecker up this week to see if he got one in a wreck he not to shore has to look on monday

i went to a local wrecker yesterday they said that there is no bracket on the passenger side to hold the battery it part of the inner guard it that right
