best bonnet scoop fj40/45

Post by MEANRX »

Hey, need some advice on what people think about a good bonnet scoop for a fj40/45. I already have a fibreglass bonnet so not too keen on buying another bonnet with a scoop already in it. I was thinking maybe a scoop from fairline fibreglass. Any thoughts or pics? Cheers, Dan.

x2 anything more just doesnt suit them. Unless there is something big under the bonnet to make it worthwhile like this!

It's a personal choice thing. I like my hornet scoop without the big highrise base.

For the guys with scoops, do they really make much difference to a 40/45?
im thinking most wouldnt be top mount intercooled.
so its more like cooling down a V8 etc and does it make any noticeable difference?
