Ok pretty stupid thing to do I know, but since I had the radiator and a few things out I wanted to de-grease the engine bay really thouroughly while there was rooom.
Long story short I had the oil fill plug just sitting loose on the rocker cover and halfway through hosing I realised it'd blown off. Stuck my finger in there and I could feel some water but I have no idea how much has gotten in there, whats the best thing to do??
The sump is already empty, I dropped the oil and haven't filled it back up yet as I'm waiting on some parts, I was thinking of spraying a bit of WD40 in there as a water dispersant, and then puring one or two bottles of cheap oil through to try and flush it out?
BTW it's a diesel 60 series.

Firstly, water and oil don't mix, so you can't normally use one to flush the other out unless there is a medium that will allow the two to mix.
Fill with el cheapo oil, add 10 ml of plain dishwashing detergent to emulsify the water into the oil. Run it until warm (15-20 mins), drain the oil and replace with your normal stuff. Combination of the detergent and the high temp of the oil should clear most of the water in a very short time.

most of the water would have run straight through to the sump. I would just fill it up and run it. If the oil looks contaminated with water then dump it and put another lot of fresh oil in.
When your head gasket goes(and is repaired), you only need to dump the oil once to get rid of enough of the water contamination not to matter.

If there is no oil in it now, just open the sump plug and see if anything comes out. If nothing comes out it's probably not going to be enough to cause any damage. Just check it after you fill it up every now and again and if it looks suspect do another oil change.

Majority of it will evaporate under running. As long as there isn't enough water in to feed your oil pump water instead of oil (Water is heavier so sits below oil) then you'll be right. The detergent isn't a bad idea, but really overkill. Like has been said, you don't do anything special with a blown head gasket...
Another option if you're really worried would be to throw a few capfulls of methylated spirits in - will help the water evaporate. May lead to cleaning of carbon deposits that keep certain fluids where they should be, though - it's just ethanol afterall.

I wouldn't be worried mate. Just let it sit for a day or two with the sump plug off and the oil filler cap off to dry out. Fill it up and check the dipstick for water. Shouldn't need to drop the oil again to check. It's a 60 series anyway the oil will be putrid by the time it hits the sump!
I'm not quitting drinking, I'm retiring at the top of my game - sporting comeback likely.
