Guys, We spent last weekend at Willowglen working on the Saturday stages for this year's comp. We made several changes that should keep you all in control.
It was the coldest weekend that I have ever spent down at Willowglen. It would have been cold enough without the bloody freezing wind. As we worked you could here the occasional cracking sound from the trees as they swayed around. We had a group of workers down there the weekend before clearing the widowmakers from the camping and spectator areas. There was just as much clearing needed again after the shocking winds that went through during the week.
Next weekend the Sunday Stages will be prepared.
This year is the tenth Willowglen Challenge and the Team entries are already coming in. If you have not heard from your Team Managers chase them up. All of the entry forms are on the TLCC website.
See you all at the event

Tony

Yesterday we were informed that Kamo productions has had to close. There were several reasons but unfortunately Kamo cannot film Willowglen.

Most importantly I wish Kevin (Kamo) all the best for the future and hope his health improves.

So guys as of this point in time we are searching for an alternative choice to make a DVD of this years Willowglen. The 10th Anniversary of Willowglen.

If anyone has a contact or knows of someone that could make a DVD please contact me asap.

Thanks Tony

Hey Senior,

Regarding entry - are we going to have a look at vehicles that are obviously NOT registerable vehicles? Are we able to confirm engine numbers with rego or something of the sort ??? to prevent cheating. The beauty of Willowglen is that its road registered cars (not farm registered or anything like that).
I would just like to keep the competition on an even playing field without being either too soft or too like Trials or Toperi. They are good comps in their own right too.

Cheers Cam
Why is it that everything I love costs so much money !!!!

haha didnt know that there was such a registation called ''farm registered''
i think thats why they are teaming up one capable 4wd with one not so capable to make it fair/even on everyone that want to compete..
