TJM Parramatta 4x4 Masters Series round 4, 5th of November

Hey Mark,
Just wondering if we competitors are likely to have time to get across to the 4wd show.
What time will the events start and finish on each day please?

Shaun the 4wd show is on for 3 days... the comp is only on for 1 day... The day as always will be flat out at the masters and willnot have time for team members to go missing to look at the show...

I think the event that was TBA, was going to be the entry level comp they were thinking about running, but have since decided to postpone the idea.
They have more than enough going on at the moment to keep them busy, but i do hope they come up with something for the entry level guys, like me.

Hey guys, as Matt and Screwy have said this round will be Saturday Only, gates open at 6am for competitors with scrutineering kicking off at 7:30am. Competition to start at 9am .

We still have camping on friday and saturday nights, with late check out on sunday for those campers who want to go to the adventure show.

All teams have been emailed details about this round.

Mate, your wanting to run in a comp like the Masters and Willowglen is clear for all who's reading on outers. All you need to do is stick in a couple of lockers and HAVE A GO.

We did run the touring class as you know at Willowglen but out of 88 comp trucks we went from about 30 touring class down to nine in the last year that we ran the touring class.

When you have to spent big coin on excavators to have the different class parts of the Stage and then spend again on prizes etc it ended up a waste of money.

You clearly have the ability to prepare your lux ( I saw the body swap thread ) for a comp, so as I say again HAVE A GO.

Was my first trip out to the masters today, and I must say, that the organisers have done quite a fantastic job, making a hell of alot of courses and tracks in such a small amount of area.

The kidlets had a good day there too, although, most of the day, they were annoying Emma at the Offroad Vixens stand, sorry Em, but you were quite good about it, so thankyou.

It was good to see so many people out enjoying the day, I thought more people would be coming over from the 4x4 show thing at the dragstrip.

Good to say hi to you both Priceys, always a pleasure guys.

My little girl Sophie got a splinter in her finger and was a total sook about it all afternoon. Anyone that saw us near the paramedic with her screaming, Im sorry, she wouldnt open her hand for anyone, except Emma(go figure).
We got it out in the end, and she was a total sook, not as brave as some wouldve thought.

Im currently uploading the pics that I got, I didnt get as many as I wouldve liked to, as I was trying to keep the kids out of everyones way, but I will post up some good ones, and the link to the album when they are done.

They weren't annoying me at all, I was lonely in my cave most of the time, it was so nice to have company!

Big thanks to Mark and Wayne and everyone a part of Masters on behalf of myself/ Offroad Vixens Australia (Clothing). It was a fantastic day full of great people and awesome trucks, I can't wait to go to the next one!

The thing I love about the event is there is plenty of space for spectating you can see eveything at once, and plenty of action happening all around. It's so close to home too, for a spectator it really is an easy stress free day.

I agree Em.
Its a real treat for any motorsport fan, youve got the 4x4s going through the tracks in front of you, every couple of mintues you have the motorbikes roaring through the hairpin at the bottom of the hill, and theres also the people giving their cars the beans over on the skid-pan.

And Ive uploaded the pics I took, I wouldve taken alot more, but the kids were taking alot of my attention, and I think they took a shine to you Emma.

Well round 4 is nearly here, all entry forms are available on the web site , if you have any problems with the entries please shoot me a message or give me a call.

Round 4 will finish with the finals run after presentation, emails are going out now to all teams on the format for the day, it is going to be HUGE. There has been plenty of track changes for round 4 and some sections never before driven. For the finals we have linked 3 courses together making one MEGA COURSE of destruction on track 1, 2 and 3. The outlaw class will be back for info contact myself or Wayne or email us.

Prizes for round 4 and the finals will be up shortly, the Team from RDG Engineering are making custom trophies for the finals winner these are very cool.

This is the last masters for the year so dont miss it.

Dates for next years series will be up by friday the 14th of October.
