the hardest part is removing the interlock pin that sit between both shifts, so the shift rails can slide independant of each other. Fitting the sticks is only a 5minute job itself.

That little pin is a pain in the arse. You can try on using a magnet under it to catch it, knock it out and try to turn the transfer upside down and shack it out or pull the transfer apart to do it. Both times I pulled the transfer apart. If ya give ya transfer a good kero bath and get rid of all the oil it should make it easier to shake out.
