Post by tassie wombat »

fitting some 33 alterains onto the datsun(gq lwb/350ci) soon, just for the every day driving so the cars road legal, and get another set of 35"s purely to chuck on when going on a trip, was looking at centipedes or silverstone extremes, what do you think? is there anything else i should be looking at? either 15 or 16"s dont want to go bigger than 35"s though(dont want to have to cut the guards) thanks

I raced on the silverstones for 2 years with my GU patrol. They aren't a bad tire but are just that little bit too small for such a heavy car. Heaps of grip though in most situations. I rate them pretty well but I would have liked to have at least a wider tyre. They are only 10.5 wide.
