Hi all can someone please tell me if a 1991 4 runner turbo 2.8 will fit into a 2.8 hilux 1994 are there any mods that need to be done or will it bolt staight in cheers

yeah will fit only diff will be exhaust

So is there any diff in the engines am beening told that it's a 2lt is that correct or is it a 3l cheers

91 4runner and 94 Hilux are both 3l 2.8ltr diesel.
91 Surf is a 2l-te 2.4ltr diesel

You can just swap the Turbo from the 2L-T onto the 3L (same motor virtually just bored out for the 3L)
