105 series ideler bolt stripped HELP

damn im realy pithed off now!
trying to change the oil pump seal on the cruiser

so close yet so far
ive got all the belts stripped and made a tool to hold the harmonic balancer while i crack the crank bolt all good and then the last bolt which is on the pulley on the oil pump cover WHEN

grrrrrrrrr the head strips and rounds off, i used a 14mm socket and took it easy but she was soooo tight it just slipped and rounded off

is there a tool to grip the head and turn it? im not too keen on welding or drilling as i still have the radiator in and its a tight fit

any ideas or any one with a special tool near here i can borrow please?

vice grips, a 13mm socket hammered on, maybe a stud removal tool. its alot easier to get it out with a head still on it..... when it snaps, thats when your in the shit

if there is reasonable access and a bit of space around the bolt head (the bolt extractor is bigger than a socket), they work great. I have used them on stripped bolt heads and rusted bolt heads with good success so far.

I bought a kit at bunnings, but you can get them individually too.

ok got myself a set of 5 of these from bunnings for $49 and if i knew how good theses are and they were $100, id still get them!

did the job of gettin the bolt out easy as!

the screws that hold the plate over the oil pump were replaced with the same type of screw but with a allen key instead of phllips and i bought them from Fred Tappings in Ingleburn for $4.80 for 8
oil pump ring from Toymota $4.50
new ideler pulley with new bolt $56
bolt extractor set Bunnings $49
2 cans of degreaser $4
new steering damper $90 ( cause the one i had to remove for easier access was yuky)


the price of doing it myself and saving a motsa PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!
