4.8 gu exhaust mods

The missus shopping trolley is a 2008 gu 4.8 which we put a new exhaust. Finding that nissan have added two more o2 sensors 4 in total and a pair of cats in the manifold aswell as the standard cat under the car. Being told that is impossible blah blah blah to change the system did persist and found that using earlier model extractors which hold two 02 sensors and making a 2 into one 3" at the bottom into a euro 4 cat and fittted the last two 02 sensors after that, by unpicking wiring harness you can get enough wire! then goes through standard cat and then through mandrel bent system two straight through mufflers. Runs well and brings up no fault codes interested to hear if anyone else had a go at a newer series Gu and the outcome.

done basicly the same thing to mine (2006model) close to 2 years ago and have had no troubles so far, 2" 3/4" system, euro 4 cat and extractors. its better on fuel and hits the limiter a little faster.
