The sounds would put me off the idea. To noisy.

An auto may not work well, unless it was the first transmission in the line.

after the bike gear box has reduced driveline revs, (say 2.5:1), the stall speed of the torque converter will be messed up, ie if it had a stall speed of 1500 engine RPM after the bike gear box reduction, the stall speed would come up to 3750 engineRPM.

Maybe ok with a high revving bike engine??

I like the theory, but the multiple gearbox's, belt drives etc just sounds messy to me.
If you want a sierra based driveline with a light weight motor the turbo 660cc donk from a jap spec jimny is avaiable (k6a from memory) will rev to 10000rpm plus easy... it already has ata least 1 power steer pump alt suitable for running more than one headlight blah blah ... and it is easy enough to keep reasonably quiet so it wont drive you utterly nuts
