TD4.2 Idler Pully Bearing part #

Post by canuck »

I was wondering if anyone had a non-Nissan part number for the idler pully bearing. They are making noise on both of our Y60s right now. It is a 3 week wait to get anything in from Nissan Canada. Was hoping that I could cross reference a part number at the local bearing shop or perhaps the bearing dimensions.
Cheers, John

Air cond Idler pulley bearing NTN 6303 LLU/2AS

That is for just the bearing in the centre of the pulley. Easy to change and far cheaper than a whole pulley assembly

Thats and 1989 model. Not sure if there are different ones or not

Thanks Clanky! That is exactly the type of number I was looking for. An NTN number will be easy to cross ref, even if they don't have that NTN bearing. If you ever end up in the Vancouver BC area, let me know, cause I owe you a pint. Cheers,

John

Hey no worries, I got friends over that way and will come to visit sometime sooner or later.

I have a whole list of numbers and stuff. Everytime I change something or replace something I write the part numbers down in a spreadsheet. Makes it easy for next time. :)
