Courier/B2600 body lift?
Moderator: Tiny
Courier/B2600 body lift?
Has anyone lifted a Courier/B2600? Just after the width of the blocks and centre hole. Four of the body mounts (center 2 on each side) are rectangle instead of round and seem to be 2 peice (steel mount bolts to chasis mount with 3 bolts then normal centre bolt to body) is this going to be a problem? Need 2" lift for new tyres.

What size tyres are you thinking of putting on? I had 235/85/16's (32") on mine and had no problems. I would worry about how strong the axles etc are if your going bigger. They're not made for anything too serious.

Yep, thinking along the same lines, either 235/85/16 or 255/85/16 (32" or 33" narrow tyre)

If you go 235/85/16's, you wont need a body lift, or at least I didn't on my 2000 Bravo. Don't know bout the earlier models. At least with the 235's you can get replacements for them anywhere as they're the same as the Troopys and base model Patrols and Landcruisers.
