hilux 4.88 lsd from the rear into the front?

hey all i have been rebuilding my front diff in my hilux and i put a locker in the rear and was going to use my lsd in the front but everything is binding up when i have put it in.
any ideas on what the problem is because i was told that u can put the rear diff in the front and so on.

i have done research on this and one thing i found is one axle (drivers side) is too long because the centre is wider in an lsd centre is this the problem?

Did it have any play when you reassembled it ?
Should have a few mm play (in-out) after the swlivel hub assy. goes back on (just before the hub goes on).

no there is no play at all with the cv even giving it a tap with a rubber mallet.it is assembled to the stub axle and everything is tight.even when turning the swivel hub the cv knocks on both sides.
still trying research but i cant find anything.

Have you trimed 5mm from the end of the axle to see if it relieves the problem ??
