recoed 2f oil in radiator

brought 2f (reconditioned) sat for a while,now when i start it it has oil in radiator, is it the head gasket;?

maybe just some residue oil in the cooling system
give it a clean an flush and see if oil goes away

tried that ,fied it up again and oil was present at radiator cap.

takes a fair bit to get the oil out as it emulsifies.
