Blocks are same, heads should be same ( internally diff between 2v and 4v).
Bore/stroke is internal difference obviously. A greater chance the 351 has a 4 bbl intake and carb, most(all?) factory 302's were 2 barrel?
Not sure on water pumps etc, may vary between models, ie xa - xe perhaps, as may position and brackets for ancillaries.

I swapped a 302 c with a turned bearing for a 351 c out of same vintage, (xb) straight bolt in.
My friends aren't holding me back..... I'm pulling 'em forward.

302 & 351 Cleveland blocks are externally identical.
Water pumps, manifolds, fuel pump etc etc are all interchangable.
Swapping it in will be a piece of cake.

(The distributor is about the only possible difference. Up to 1979 clevo's were painted blue, these use a half inch distributor shaft.
Post 1980 they were painted black and use a 12mm distributor shaft.)

If I were you I'd be looking for a new set of 351 rods.

I was going to suggest that but thought it might be beyond the OP's capabilities if he's asking about swapping.
351 crank + 302 rods + pistons to suit = Good power and a very flat torque curve.
