Re: suspension on an 80
Stick with king coils. I've got 2 sets. Both had minimal sag in 6 years. I put flexys in. They sagged over 50mm in 12 months.
I'm back to kings now

I've got a 3" kit from Superior in mine. Very happy with it. Where I work I can get parts from Carrolls Springs (EFS) at trade price and the price difference is huge. I will say though when I bought the kit I was working elsewhere and the technical knowledge fom Superior gtting the right spring rates was well worth it.

ok cheers guys
Re: suspension on an 80
I have king coils in mine. some 8 years now. Front are std 3". rear are HHD? Extra heavy duty. No sign of sag.
Must be careful tho. boys in blue may take an interest and say it is too high.
Only problem I have is a getting a decent of shocks. Currently have 3" lift EFS.
Also need to space up the bump stops so shocks don't bottom out.
Have offset caster correction bush in front. Bad thing about this is the bush is too hard and it broke part of axle brkt.
