HZJ75 Wiper Arm Assembly

Post by shanno92 »

Hey

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to how i could re connect the wiper motor to the wiper arm assembly, (I had to replace my old assembly as one of my wiper arms stopped working) anyway the problem is when i tried pushing the wiper motor into the assembly the plastic bush that holds the motor onto the main arm broke and now i cant get anything to hold it onto the assembly. Ive tried using a wiring grommet it worked ok for about a week and then it tore itself to pieces. I cant buy the bushes without buying a new assembly which was quoted at 300 - 500 bucks so if anyone has any ideas or has got it to work without the plastic bushes please let me know because im sick of the brittle little bastards breaking. (sorry if this sounds like gibberish if i need to send pics to explain better i will)

Cheers Richo
