Suzuki SX4 AWD. The good bad and ugly

A freind of mine is looking at getting a 2008 SX4 with 80k on the clock as a daily driver. I know nothing about them other then they have selective "4x4". Can you all fill me in on anything they need to know as far as problem. What's there real life fuel economy. Drive mag said it gets around 8.9L per 100. But a different site said it gets as low as 7L per 100. They seem to be well priced for what they are.

Any info would be good

I put SX4 in the search and nothing comes up.
