UHF Receiving but not sending GME TX3200

Ok, I've had this problem for a long time now and just put up with it. It's a GME TX3200, I did a bit of research on the web a few weeks back and came to the conclusion that it was the "RF MOSFET Amplifier". Local uhf repair shop wanted about $80 to fix it if that was the problem. Found the part from these guys http://www.glyn.com.au/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and cost of $40 counting delivery. It is located at the back of the unit behind a small plate held in with 2 screws. Need to take off the top or bottom plate to but can't remember which one. the amplifier has 4 small wires that are soldered on to the circuit board and are easily desoldered. Soldered on new one and it WORKS....... All up a 10 minute fix and I waited about a year and a half to do.

The number is on the part in the UHF at the back. Will post it up when I get home.

Get the antenna checked as often a faulty antenna, cable or incorrectly terminated shorted RF connector will casue the PA tranny to blow.
