Spare tyre swing out hubs

Does anyone know where I can buy trailer stub axle style spare tyre swing out hubs from?
I want to build a rear bumper with a swing out spare tyre holder. I've heard before that you can buy the stub axle with a straight steel hub (not the usual wheel hub with wheel studs) ready to weld your tyre or jerry can holder etc but I cant find where to buy them from

Then choose a stub axle that suits. Ring them up and order. I buy off them all the time never any dramas.
