1UZ hilux

Post by TuffLuxy »

Hey
Was wondering if anyone has done this with much success?

I wanna pair it with a G52 box which I know probably won't be strong enough to take it but its all I can afford and ill swap it out if it goes boom.

How easy does it fit up to that box and will it fit easily in the bonnet? Its got a 90 ish model cab I think

Any info is good

Thanks

Have a look, you'll find the majority of the ones you'll find are front sump which arnt the best for 4wd conversions as the front diff will hit or limit suspension.
Best you want a mid mount sump or next a rear drop sump.
Is this for a road car or a weekend toy?

I have a driveline ill be selling soon. It's a mid sump 1uz, 4speed auto adaptet to an lt230 transfer case.
