i have a ctek d250s DC to DC dual battery charger and was wondering if anybody could give me a rough idea in ideal circumstances (say 25 degrees celsius) how long it would take to charge my 75 ah optima blue top d31m.
it is a 5 stage 20a charger.
thanks in advance for your time

ctek d250s Dual battery controller charge times?

Re: ctek d250s Dual battery controller charge times?
Hi Andrew and if your Optima was in a low state, it would take about 4 to 5 hours of driving time to get the battery over the 95% SoC mark.
But if you bypassed the Ctek and charged straight of your alternator, because the Optimas are a rapid charge battery, you would have it up round 95% in about two hours driving.
