Goodyear MTR Kevlar, any good
Hi just point me in the direction of the appropriate thread if it already exists.
I have been offered 4 brand new in 35 x 12.5 x 15 for $1000.
I will jump on it if these tires are good for my needs which is Mud, Clay and rocks.
Cheers

Speak to Geg at G&S Struth, he ran 37's for a long time and rated them.
Not sure if the 35's are the same as the 37's, but if anyone knows he will.

Ran 35s on my lux, rate them very well
Re: Goodyear MTR Kevlar, any good
Thanks guys, I may go get them, it was just hard to get any reviews on the net that weren't 50% bad and 50% good.
Re: Goodyear MTR Kevlar, any good
How do they perform in mud, I am fairly certain they will eat rocks for brekky, just not sure on mud which we get a lot of in melb' area wheeling.
Re: Goodyear MTR Kevlar, any good
$1000 I payed $520 a tyre 315/75/16 and if I can afford will be again when time comes. Jump on it, you won't look back. Only negative is they do wear quicker than my Coopers i had previously but leaves them for dead as far as traction goes off and on road.

Re: Goodyear MTR Kevlar, any good
The old wranglers back in the day were reasonable, I used to drive in very muddy condition in the wattos and found they performed well for me and if course were great up on the rock. The tread pattern on the Kevlar ones have a more open block on the one side that I would think would help their mud performance, I'd definatly put them high on the list if I were looking and the price is pretty good!
If the above post did not offend you in any way please PM me so I can try harder!!
Re: Goodyear MTR Kevlar, any good
I think I better grab them, too cheap to pass up I reckon.
