I was reading something in the latest 4wd action mag that was talking about putting an insert/sleve in the panhard bar when replacing the bush to stop them twisting on them self's, does anyone have any more info on this like inner diameter of insert?

i have not read the article you talk about........are they talking about the sleeve the bolt goes through or something completely different?

Think i answered your question in the other thread you started.
The amount of misinformation 4wd action print is crimnal. Lies about the mods to cars just to make the story sound better. Miss information about products they are reviewing fed to them by the company selling making the product.
I used to buy the magazine but the incorrect info to correct info rate is poor as is the new story verse rehashed story ratio.
Panhard bushies on patrols last fine. Make sure you put the washer on the correct way.
