Rear diff centre in front?

Does anyone know it you can put the rear diff centre in the front. Its a WT 1.3L

you can you just have to change the spider gears as the axles are smaller

Its got a locker in it. Do you mean the side gears? The spider gears got turfed out when the locker went in.

The front and rear diff are basically the same, but they are not directly interchangeable as the front axle is a 0.94 inch 22 spline unit and the rear is a 1.08 inch 26 spline unit.
Depending on your locker you may be able to swap the side gears. Some model detroits and lockrights can do this (I did it on mine) but some dont ..

I did keep the gears. I never through out any zook bits. You just never know when you might need them. I am just thinking of two lockers. The front on mine is the two way diff.
