Hey,
Just wondering if anyone can suggest a quality type of oil I should be putting in the rear diff of my zook,it has a Ezi-locker in it?

LSD Oil is recommended for Air Lockers - perhaps Ezi-Lockers would appreciate the same sort of stuff?

I used a semi synth oil with a decent helping of moreys (that roughly the viscosity of cool honey goop) made a difference to the way it operated ..

I was advised not to use LSD oil by someone but they didn't suggest one that I should use. :?

i use caterpillar 85w-140, same for the gearbox and transfer case , i run an ez-locker in the rear as well and it works fine (but i get it free :lol: )
i believe the spec is 90w diff oil in the zook manuel .
if its worth doing do it intensly , better still do it with MADPASSION

dunno the difference between the ezi and the lockright, but i just run what the manual states in mine which isn't an lsd oil and i haven't had any drama's

I run 85w140 in the locker and it keeps it nice and quiet
