hypo, have a look at the ones sam sells, they are pretty groovy.. They are 1" x 7/8"??, I think..
Easy to use, greasable, strong, and you can use them with the poly bushes in the guts of em to take the harshness out.. and they are cheap!

those 3/4 ones do they have the poly bushes with them and are they greasable :?:

BJ, on the ones I was talking about the bushes are a seperate entity (similar to a 2-part nolathane sway-bar bush) they take the 1" eye down to something like 16mm ID. 3/4" heims wouldn't have a large enough eye to sleeve with a bush without the bolt size getting pretty little...

Good prices though...

The heims we use mainly are 25mm (wendle's) or 3/4 The 3/4 ones would be plenty strong enough for you track bar.
The 25mm ones we have the bushes and sholder bolts in stock and can sell them as a kit.
Heim joint bushes and sholder bolt $65.

*They are Greasable
*They are metal to bronze.
*My best sugestion is to use a Larger Heim Joint & make a Bush & Crush Tube.
*I use a 30mm Joint. I use 2 FJ40 small eye bushes on each Joint, shorten each bush to correct width, & then make a crush tube to suit which ends up using a 9/16 UNF size Bolt.

Great conversion, I haven't had to replace any bushes at all. & they've been in my truck for 18 months now.

A 25mm Joint would OK on most Trucks!!!!!

AWESOME thanks for the info pete.... so the small eye FJ40 bushes, if cut down would fit perfectly into a 30mm joint from you? just cut them so they are not to wide? or do we have to shave the circumference as well?

You only have to shorten them. OD remains the same as they are a 30mm bush.
