clicking noise in front hub

Hi I`m Dawso I`m a newbie say`in G`day.I have a problem with a noise in my front hub in 2wd & 4wd its making a clicking noise continuesly what should i look for and help would be appreiated

sounds like the hub needs cleaning or repairing or replacing
