well i have moved the front diff futher forward
for better approach angle and to get the wheel base out a bit more (now 86.25)
and just wonderin how u think i should trim the front
btw it also rides better for some reason. I was actually shocked how much better it was

i vote #1 cos it'll be so much easier to cut. don't worry too much about mud flinging to the back head lights. mud hoses out pretty easily there.

id move you flair up 2.5'' to 3.0''
then cut the front nose off like ur n#2 picture
where the flair ends
that way no need for body lift. n increase wheel clearance looks sweet aswell

what about going full tube like suggested. Then have a set off flat panels with flares attached that are attached to the tube with 4 bolts. Onroad have them on, offroad take them. Easy.

do away with the guards, they will only get damaged.
do a tube front clip and then build a flareout of more pipe out off that. but not like Otis, thats too big and too bulky.
hope an engineer will like it, otherwise I'm stuffed.

well i got into it today
went with the #2 option
was actually suprised how easy it was
i will post some pics up later tonight
i am still getting a bit of rubbage in the front but it is because the springs are goin into a negative arch (so it will have to get bumped stoped)
yldo4b stood around an watched
nahh he cut off the mounts off the bullbar

dont think i will redo the shock mounts
they limit flex but i am not to worried i seem to get enough
and yeh the tierod is like a banana
should have a new 1 soon enough
