hey a friend of mine is thinking about wrecking is vitara he tried building up

89 model driveline/engine
mannual gearbox
93 body

has some spares the engine runs pannels are in excellent condtion they are white

its a soft top

he also said make an offer on the whole thing $$$$$$ i think he's just had enough of it.. it's located in melbourne

dunno if you could get that combo registered as the motor is older than the body/chassis ... but what I know about those laws you could write on a postage stamp with a paint roller :oops:

Telling us where would help.

I think I'd offer a little over $100 for the engine :D

If the body shell is being put on the driveline and chassis that should be ok, it will be regoed as an 1989 model (basically a body shell replacement).

Putting the older engine in a complete newer car might face some issues.
