Lobby ORI to make poly flex fit coillies
check em at http://www.offroadindustries.com/suspen ... lyflex.htm
They may have another application that fits coillies
$35 a piece cheap......
Does anyone know the inside diameter of the trailing arm bush location as the poly flex are 50mm outside diameter and made to any width

I think they may limit flex a little , but there's urethane and there's urethane, Suzukisam (Lester) used the yellow bushes from suzisport and said there hard as rock and had trouble drilling holes in them , I drilled holes in my super pro bushes with no effort at all , soft as sh t. I haven't chewed out any bushes yet .RB zook wrote:did you find nelligen that the caster bushes limit flex compaired to standard bushes.

nelligen wrote:HRZOOK , The bushe sizes are ---- chassis end 52mm OD 12mm ID x65mm wide . diff end 51.7 mm OD 12mm ID x 60mm wide. Muppet_man67 ,I used super pro with the castor adj bushes on the front, on the rear end I kept the originals. I find the super pro bushes flex ok,
thanks for that nelligan, i bought the wrong bushes i see and, no they won't fit (just been looking close with the calipers)
i'll see if i can get tthe right ones from suzuki or it might be some creative design coming...

This mob has supa pro bushes as well as adjustable panhard rods for coillies. http://www.whiteline.com.au
but I still think all the coilly owners should ring http://www.offroadindustries.com and ask about polyflex bushes enuff enquiries and they may make em .
Just a thought
