Post by Kirk »

:?: Hey there. Am new owner of 91 NG LWB. Have been offered 275/75/16 AT with rims for nix. Anyone know if will they fit under standard height?

That's over 32" - you won't get that under a standard NG. Even a decent suspension lift may cause rubbing, you'll probably need a body lift and suspension lift to clear them.

(or you could just let them rub. )

275/75/16 is the same as 32.2/11/16

Not a great option for a standard height NG... Go for 2" lift first..

Allow me to suggest you buy a new calculator, or stop relying on Microsoft products to do your maths for you! :)

And welcome to the fold.

Cheers guys, thanks for your help..... I can't pass up FREE rims and tyres, so I will garage them till the lift goes in next month (after the pay cheque!)

Yeah I'd be going with a 2" s/l to fit 32"s on a Gen 1 Paj.

Hey NJ SWB, I used a Microsoft calculator and I can vouch at it coming to 32.2 as well, so Microsoft can actually manage to make a good calculator!
