Panhard Bushes

Post by John H »

I've tried to buy these from Missin before, only to be told that they arnt sold individualy and you will have to buy the whole panhard rod — not much when I use adjustable P-bars. I have had to put up with urathane bushes and I think they suck.
3Rd use genuine rubber in their adj P-rods so I rang them to find out if they sold them seperatly. They told me that Missin only sells them in bulk orders. They could get them for me but they'll cost $55 each — I would stretch to that but it does sound a little steep, esp when I need four of them.
If anyone knows of a better way to buy genuine Nissan panhard bushes for an OK price I would be keen to know.

Most GQs run same bushes front and rear. Rear are available seperately.
BUT my dealer also cant find the right numbers. Ive bought them in the past but dont have the numbers. Dealer told me early GU ones are the same and are listed. Cant confrim this yet.

OK Heres the numbers for anyone interested

55135-01J01 top (small hole)

55135-01J10 bottom (large hole)

Should fit front and rear 1990 on.
2000 on Rears may have different top rear bush

Some pre 1989 rears have a 2 piece rear bottom bush.
Cost from Nissan $16 each

Just wind in on the vice with some slippery stuff.

Bazzle --with new panhard bushes :) :) :) :) :) :D

Very handy, I'll give Nissan a call. Thanks for that!
