Rear Discs for SWB GQ

Is there any aftermarket kit to upgrade a SWB GQ to Rear disc brakes?

i think only the DX poverty pack models come with rear drums, and maybe some leaf sprung traybacks. A mate had a drum rear LWB and i think there is some difference in axle length or splines or mounting brackets or something to stop the disks bolting straight on, so might be easier to get a complete gq disk brake rear assembly and bolt it in. not too expensive these days.
