Modman - I have tested my original setup with the original mounts and I have made sure it all fits well.
I didnt just bung it all together with out the RS kit and away I went. I had most of the rs kit inplace to start with but eventually took most of it off AFTER testing flex with and without springs.
I also have a picture full compression in one rear corner without a spring or shock in, and then full compression in the same corner with a spring and shock in and what do you know it works out perfect, the end point of my shock is almost fully compressed when the axle touches the bumpstop, as the bumpstop compressed the slightest the shock goes to full compression after that any more flex and the bushes on the shock start to squish and the extended shock at the other end is almost pulled completely through the upper rubber bushes.
I cant help it if I have setup my vehicle to use the shock to its full potential...... I thought if i was gonna spend over $2000 I wanted to see a noticable difference............. and i have seen a noticable difference WITH MY CURRENT SETUP.....
My current setup has the exact same up travel as any rover (NO MORE AND NO LESS) and I have minimal scrub with my 33s.......... the main benefit is all the extra down travel I have gained
So at current I am cycling these rear shocks quiet easily, the front is a different story, but i am happy with the current suspension performance, I just need to make up some good retainers that are gonna hold the spring in top and bottom

just incase
