GQ center into GU housing

With out being told to go search as i have and didnt realy find an answer can anyone who has done it let me no can i fit the center out of a GQ straight into a GU housing or if not can i at least fit the ring and pinion of the GQ on to the gu center will a GQ diff lock fit or do i have to by a new diff lock to suit the GU housing.

Thanks Wendle so i take it that if i can swap in my centers from my GQ then the lockers will suit the spline count on the axles of the GU ones .Will the calipers just bolt up also or do i have to change the master cylinder to suit with the twin piston brakes compared to the single piston ones on the GQ

i *think* the master cylinder is the same?
the twin piston calipers on the later GQ's use the same MC.
