New tyres not flexing
I have a set of 235/75 MT/R's and i let them down to around 15psi, but they didn't bulge or flex over rock to well.. What can i let them down to without coming off the bead?? Anything i can do to 'wear' them in and make them fold over rocks better???

Being new all tires are usually a bit stiff, but do get better with time.

Try them at about 8psi. they will take a fair while to soften up as it is a very light car. To soften my swampers on my Zuk I ran them at about 2psi on the road for about 45 minutes (Disclaimer that is what I did and I'm not suggesting any one else do it. It was also done on a closed road for safety purposes) about 4 or 5 times and this helped alot. Give them time they will eventually soften.

Being such a small tyre, on such a lightweight car you can't expect them to bag out as much as, say, a cruiser.
I agree with Grimbo. I spent a long weekend driving on Stocko beach aired down to 8psi, and was pleasantly surprised to find the tyres had softened up substantially. Another thing is that the rec. road pressure for 235s is usually around 35psi, which most dealers adhere to - make sure you're dropped to around 25psi for your zook's roadwork.

Are external beadlocks hard to get balanced?
external or internal beadlocks are alot of money to pour into something running 30" tyres. I don't reckon you will be doing obstacles in your vitara that will be needing you to drop them down so low that you run the risk of loosing a bead.
You can't really balance a wheel with external beadlocks and once again if you are worrying about having the wheel balanced with them on then i don't think you need them.

let them down to about 5psi and drive them around the block a couple of times - v e r y s l o w l y - will soften up the sidewalls and then they will bag a lot more when you let them down - and when you do air down, don't be afraid to go down to 8 - 10psi - the vehicle is light and you're not pouring massive power through the wheels, they'll go well - just remember your pressure is that low and don't go hooking into corners at crazy speeds
