Bump stops after lift. Any Tips?

Post by CJ Burns Esq »

HAs anyone got any tips on adjusting the bump stops in a '93 GQ LWB after a 4" lift? The lift was fitted and the Bumpstops not extended which led to a bent top Shock mount after a large amount of air.
Any assistance/hints/tips greatly appreciated.

Screw an oppropriate 70mm by 'X' (prob about 30 to 50mm) block into base of front coil seat, nylon, steel, ally. Drill hole in middle for bolt. Tap thread into hole in spring seat.80 series bump stops also work for some.

On rear lower top bump stop down with spacers and longer bolts. etc
