In conjuction with Polyperformance we are now distributing new products. Below is what Polyperformance has noted to customer on Pirate4x4.com and would like potential Australian customers to know:
We would like to bring some new products to the Australian market.
The first item is the FOX air shock.
The fox air shock offers similar performance to a coilover for much less money. The air shock works on a nitrogen and oil mixture. This provides a progressive spring rate which works very well for rockcrawling. This shock is very easily adjustable. The spring curve (or spring rate) is controlled by the amount of oil in the shock. Ride height is controlled by the amount of nitrogen pressure in the shock. Both of these can be adjusted in a matter of minutes and for virtually no cost. These shocks are available with up to 18" of travel.
The second product is the BBCS-15.
This is nitrogen charged monotube shock with internal floating piston which features digressive valving on both the compression and rebound side. It also features internal overextension bumpers, external
compression bumpers and an aluminum bump cap. This shock was tuned specifically for rockcrawlers with leaf springs. Because of the better tuning on the shock your tires will stay glued to the ground and provide more traction. The bottom out bumpers will prevent you from destroying the shock by bottoming out. These shocks also have a 5/8 shaft which means that it will not bend despite being such a long travel. Because the shock is nitrogen charged with an internal floating piston, cavitation is nonexistent. This means that the shocks will not fade despite being subject to hardcore use. These shocks will out-perform any other monotube shock.

G'day Frank
I checked with Matt and he didnt have a kit currently but one should be ready soon and we can look after you as repeat customers need to be looked after.
G'day Nic
Valid point about the Landcruiser R&P gears. What was posted was a sample from our current price list but the 80s rears did'nt note that the price was for 4.88 rears. Customer can assume the same prices across the LC range for the same ratios (taking note that HPs are priced differently).
Generally the All Pro gears are priced higher because they consider superior and are cut by the original toyota manufacture. Nonetheless, All Pro has offered for this month that they can lower the prices for us. Therefore:
- All Pro 4.88 & 5.29 HP R&P gears have now been reduced to $599 while stocks last.
Thanks for bringing the Profields to our attention that is a great price and not to be beaten we have 2 pairs in stock that we will sell for:
- $650 a pair & if orders are paid for full in advance we can do it for same otherwise $699.
We have many other items available and prices are always changing due to specials offered by the manufacturers so to ensure you get the best price call or PM. Don't forget the product range is growing so call to see if we can help out. Below are a couple of other specials available from All Pro:
4.7 Crawler Gears 21 spline Input shalf $1,250
4.7 Crawler Gears 23 Input shalf $1,199 note these are cut by the toyota gear cutters.
We also sell other reduction brands that come in 5:1, 4.7:1, 4:1 & 3:1.
Cheers
Sean
Hey Sean, have you got any of the Toyo IFS hub spacers still in stock ??
The time is approachin..............................

why 100 bucks differance in the AP hp gears and the 80's front?
why advertise them as 60 and 40 gears, i think you would get more sales advertising them as "landcruiser"
Superior does the profeilds for $699, will you match it?

I am not entirely certain which marlincrawler product you are talking about but I assume it is the dual T/case adaptor. We are one of 2 official Marlincrawler agents in Oz and I think you will find that our pricing is more than competitive in comparison to other alternatives. Our agreements with Marlincrawler does not give us any discounts but they give us exclusive rights to their products so that we can price accordingly to actually make importing the products worthwhile. As with all our product if we dont have it in stock it is generally here within 10 working days therefore we are happy to pay premiums for delivery as it is not worthwhile waiting 9-12 weeks for products as opportunity cost are even higher.
Unfortunately, importing is not a matter of just converting to $Aus dollar, you have freight, duty, GST and the time and effort in organising deliverys and dealing with suppliers & customers. This is without taking into account you are dealing with a local group which is backed up by customer service.
We appreciate our customers and endevour to provide the best service possible, because at the end of the day it is about return customers and happy customers. Importing is definately not a money making business it's a means to getting happy and satisfied people in and out the door.
Cheers Sean
why are marlins so damn expensive ???
when they cost $329 us or 459aud
shipping and markup cant be that much on then like $900+ is a bit of a joke

I have the pricing question asked of us all the time. At Penrith Toyota we specialize in Toyota performance bits and import a lot of parts from Japan and the US, like the TRD superchargers.
Once you add GST, duty, freight and some of the additional on costs the price really starts going up.
you have to really do your homework when importing bits, yes some things are much cheaper, but other things which seem cheap, can end up costing you more than you thought.

Hay guys, I deal with Matt and Sean to get things all the time and they bend over backwards to help (Matt likes bending over backwards for you) They get parts in from the states (when all goes right with freight companies) you can get it as quick as 5 days (and if all goes wrong) it takes as long as 10 days (still F!@#ing good). There prices are as good if not better than any around and I used to shop around, not any more as I think the customer service I get is just important as the price.
For anyone wanting parts of the shelf in Victoria, I am going to be stocking popular parts from M+M Custom Engineering in my NEW shop opening soon.

The link & price of these kits was a bit of tongue'n'cheek (M&Ms conversions are the best & what we would recommend ). But if you have to have Marlincrawler, then, technically you can run these kits on Oz toyotas. It is just a matter of running the right tie-rod ends and drag-link ends. You would only use one hole in each arm and have the draglink attach to the tie-rod as in the M&M high steer kit.
However, I did follow up the independent kits and there are the Best are kits like Total Chaos (around $6,500-$7,500):
http://www.chaosfab.com/toy2wdballjt1.html or Cheaper units like:
Tuff Country depending on what year mondel (about $1,850-$2,300)
http://www.tuffcountry.com/suspension_t ... U8695.html Still waiting back to confirm pricing. If you are keen on a kit PM
Will keep you posted.

you realise that the allpro and marlin lift kits are for american trucks and the hi steer arms will be wrong for aussie trucks
