Need help fitting a bullbar to a 3" lift.

Post by junglist »

I recently purchased a bullbar for my lux.
It was just over a $1000
That hurt my student wallet so bad it's not funny.
I went to TJM, ARB and various other companies around where I live.
TJM sold me the bar but flat out refused to fit it.
ARB agreed to fit a bar to a 3" body lift but not for anything short of half the price of the bar.

I tried a few smaller shops around the place and couldn't get any that knew what they where doing.

Is there anyone in Perth with the know how that can help me out?

Backyard, Mechanic Shop or even some instructions about how to fabricate plates or modify it to fit.

I'll pay with beer! or money. (just not $500)

try a local welding shop.

I went to 'trickyweld' @ the gold coast adn they did me a very good price on lifing my front bar and rear bar. .. thou i chose to do it myself with a mate and his mig.

auto fabrication shops can do it for you as well..
