can anyone recomend a company that does the full bodylift? and price if anyone had it done.
jabboo wrote:thats just for the bolts and blocks though
what about the brackets you need to lower your radiator and your bullbar and the rear bumper ?
You don't need any brackets for the radiator, all you need to do is re-drill a couple of holes lower down and re-mount. As for the other bits and pieces that require lowering on the firewall just use some scrap alumium or steel which costs nothing.

If you want to do the bodylift check this page, Dave Fogwill is a member on here and did the best write up of how to do the lift...

On boooooost!!
I believe the bumpers is where you have to get creative... there will be a thread a while back on bodylifts with a post in it by "Toyhatsu", he outlines the brackets made by Mike Hennessy... there are fotos too.
One of the best things to do before modifying the car is to lie under it for a while and just observe... take note of how everything goes together, where things bolt up and how much travel there is in things like brake hoses and cables etc.. then you will have a good idea of how to do things.
You might even come up with new and novel ways of doing stuff, that others havent thought of first.

well it looks like we ran out of time for the lift before our trip. Never mind there will be plenty more trips in the future.

I just recently tried getting a set of new leaf springs from TJM.
Having waited for over 4 weeks, i cancelled the order. The bloke from TJM had contacted me about 3 times during those 4 weeks, each time with a new ETA on when the springs were going to arrive. So anyone heading towards TJM for new suspension for the Feroza.... Not a good move.

Booked in for tomorrow.......YES.
Took three weeks but the guys at TJM were heaps helpful and i think they were generally apologetic. Problems with the supplier.
Will post some before and after shots......

w00t.....
it's all done....posting before and after pix tomorrow.
1cm difference from the front to back but in looks heaps more at the moment. guess the leafs will sag a bit in time and it'll even up.
ride is a little tougher but hard to say until it hits a dirt road.

I'd have to agree with the comments made about TJM. They are useless, my girlfriends works for the mongrels and I still haven't got my set what I ordered ages ago. I'm doubly spewing because a custom set was available at the wrecker for $150 which I was gunna buy but ended up in a barney with the missus over em.

well after having driven 100 kms with the new springs i'm pretty happy with them.
only thing that concerns me now is that cause i went with heavy duty leafs i'm gunna lose some downwards travel. i guess everything is a compromise of some description.
